Terms and Conditions / Acceptable Use Policy

DigitalBridge has published this Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") to protect the competing interests of its customers and partners and to promote the responsible use of this Site and the Internet. The materials on this website (the "Site") are provided by DigitalBridge as a service to its customers and partners and may be used for informational purposes only. The Terms and Conditions set forth herein apply to all customers, partners, and to all visitors to or users of this Site. By accessing this Site, you agree to be bound by the rules and regulations of this AUP. If you do not agree to them, do not use the Site. No portion of this Site may be reproduced in any form, or by any means, without prior written permission from DigitalBridge.

Acceptable Use

You may use this Site for any legal activity that is in furtherance of your business and within the scope of this AUP or another agreement you may have with DigitalBridge.

Unacceptable Use

You may not use this Site in a manner inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions set forth in this AUP. You may not use this Site:

In a manner that infringes or may infringe upon any copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, or other types of protected intellectual property;

To perform load tests on the production service;
To transmit fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading material or to advance any type of financial scam, including, but not limited to, ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, fraudulently charging credit cards, and pirating software;
To disrupt this Site by transmitting viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other destructive activities; or
To violate or to attempt to violate the security or privacy of any network, service, data, or other system without authorization.

DigitalBridge may involve and shall cooperate with law enforcement authorities if criminal activity is suspected. In addition, anyone who violates this AUP may be subject to civil or criminal liability. DigitalBridge reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity. DigitalBridge shall not be liable for any damages suffered by anyone resulting directly or indirectly from any actions taken by DigitalBridge pursuant to this AUP. Upon termination, you must immediately destroy any confidential Materials in your possession, custody, or control.

Any claim relating to the Materials shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah without regard to Utah’s conflicts of law rules.
