Robert Frankenberg Appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of DigitalBridge
Former Novell CEO and Hewlett-Packard executive to guide DigitalBridge through continued market growth

DigitalBridge℠, the leader in protected information sharing technologies and solutions for digital ecosystems, today announced that Robert J. Frankenberg will serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company.

Mr. Frankenberg was the Chief Executive Officer of Novell, Inc. from 1994 through 1996. Prior to his tenure with Novell, Mr. Frankenberg was the vice president and general manager of Hewlett-Packard’s Personal Information Products Group, where he was credited with reviving the company’s personal computer division and catapulting the HP brand to a leadership position within the consumer market.
Bob Frankenberg joined Hewlett-Packard in 1969 as a manufacturing technician. He was awarded a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from San Jose State University in 1974 and is an SEP graduate of Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
