The DigitalBridge Logo

The DigitalBridge brand was developed to incorporate a key element of our business model. The bridge symbol seen in each one of our logos is representative of the connection existing between digital ecosystem participants. The Archie character is branded to represent the human element within our technology. Our focus begins with the individual. We build connections between systems, technologies, and information that more accurately reflect the relevant connections between people.

DigitalBridge Logo Usage Requirements

DigitalBridge trademarks, logos, and artwork ("Materials") may only be used by entities which have a business relationship with DigitalBridge and have DigitalBridge's permission to use the Materials ("Permitted Users"). Any use of the Materials by entities which are not Permitted Users is expressly prohibited and could result in such entities being held liable for trademark infringement, false advertising, unfair competition, and other related claims.

The following guidelines should be observed and strictly followed in any and all treatments of the DigitalBridge, DigitalBridge Education, DigitalBridge Healthcare, and DigitalBridge Justice logos, unless written permission has been provided by the Branding Department of DigitalBridge Holdings Inc.:

• The logo(s) may be placed upon a colored background so long as the background behind the logo extends vertically or horizontally to the edges of the entire document
• Nothing (i.e. pictures, colors, symbols, slogans, etc.) may intrude on the space around each piece of the logo equal to that of the height of the letters in the word "DIGITALBRIDGE"
• The files below, along with other authorized branding images, may not be manipulated in any way without written permission.
